Return and Refund Policy
Products are only returnable only if they are incorrect, in the sense that it does not match the description on the package, damaged, and defective with unacceptable quality. The products are only returnable only if they are directly purchased from our company or our authorized dealer. If the product is malfunctioning, customers can choose to refund or replace with a brand-new unit. The conditions are as follows:
- Customer must retain their proof of purchase such as the invoice or receipt.
- Item must be in new, unused conditions, and it should be returned in its original packaging.
Full refund will be issued once the returned goods are examined and assessed and fulfilled the return policy. Method of refund will be depending on the original payment method or otherwise determined by Heiken. Please note that the estimated process lead time will be around 14 working days.
